Flexibility To Change Or Cancel
We feel that giving our customers peace of mind and clarity around our booking terms and conditions is really important.
The following information outlines the details of our Booking Protection Promise. Make a new booking anytime and change it for free or cancel for voucher credit, if you simply give us at least 72 hours notice.
Refunds without delay
If your event cannot take place due to Putt Club being unable to operate, and you don’t want to move to an alternative date or take a voucher credit, we’re committed to ensuring you receive a full refund within 14 working days.

Our Regional Call Centres are open 7 days a week 9am to 6.30pm, Mon-Friday, 9am to 5.30pm Saturday & Sunday.

Our change or cancel policy
In line with the Putt Club Booking Protection Promise, you have the option to change your booking date and the course you wish to race at. Or even cancel it completely to receive a voucher credit for a later date – just give us at least 72 hours notice.
Changing your booking
You can change the date and/or the course that you have your booking at without incurring any amendment/ admin fees. Just bear in mind any changes to dates and times are subject to availability and you may need to pay any difference in price. You will just need to give us a minimum of 72 hours notice.
Cancelling your booking
If you decide you no longer want to tee-off with us for the date you have booked, you can cancel your booking and we’ll give you voucher credit that can be used for any future booking. You will just need to give us a minimum of 72 hours notice.
This voucher credit will be for the full value of your booking, and is non refundable.
In the event that the UK government introduce a new rule, after you have booked, which legally prohibits you from attending your booking, you will have the option of changing your date or receiving a voucher credit for your booking without needing to give 72 hours notice
