- How long is the golf course?
9 Holes of epic motorsport themed fun but be warned, everything may not be what it seems.
- How long does it take to play a round?
Our main product offering allows you to play unlimited golf at all times! This means from arriving on site, to playing a few rounds of golf, it can take you approximately 40-60 minutes to play – now if you ask us we would say that’s pretty epic!
- What do I need to bring on the day?
Your fellow putters, then visors, vibrant knee high socks and plus fours are optional.
- Can I bring my own golf clubs?
No, we have all the kit you'll need.
- What time do I need to be at the venues?
You need to pitch up at the venue 20 minutes prior to tee-off to ensure you have enough time to sign in and collect all your equipment.
- What happens if I'm late?
If you miss your tee-off time you may miss your slot, but we will do our best to get you out on the course if we have the space.
- How long is the whole experience?

- Do you sell food?
Yes, all of our locations have on site catering for hot and cold food with a small cafe area (with fully licenced bar). Check out our food and drinks here.
- Do you serve alcohol?
Our Fuel Bars have a full range of both soft and alcoholic drinks. Alcoholic drinks can be consumed whilst playing and if you are lucky to look under 25 you may be asked to provide proof of age. You are not allowed to bring your own alcohol onto the premises.
- Do you have vegetarian / vegan / gluten-free / halal foods at your venues?
While we can accommodate some dietary restrictions, we would always recommended giving a member of the team a call to check availability and in case the items need to be special ordered.
- Can I bring my own food?
No, only food and drinks purchased on site can be consumed
- Do you have parking?
Yes, the site has free onsite parking, but might be best to call ahead to make sure.
- Is it free to watch/observe?
Yes, you are more than welcome to watch your group playing if you don’t want to take part.
- Are you open on Bank Holidays?
Yes, but we will be busy so make sure you book our tee-off time in advance.

Who can play?

- What is the minimum age?
Minimum age to putt is 5 years old.
- HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN PLAY EACH HOLE?
You can have up to 6 players on each hole at one time, our 20 minute tee-time slots allow up to 12 players to book a particular time, you will then be split into tee-off groups on arrival.
- I have a medical condition or disability, can I play?
Southampton, Hull and Docklands are both on the ground floor. But some of the holes are up platforms and ramps, so are quite difficult to access.
Watford, Leicester and Edmonton are all upstairs so not wheelchair accessible. For any further information, give our team a call or pop into the venue to have a look around.

Yes, spaces on the holes are limited. You need to book in advance to guarantee you can tee-off.

All major credit/debit cards are accepted.
- How can I pay for my crazy golf?
All major credit/debit cards are accepted, please be aware all our venues are now cashless.
- How can I make purchases when I get to the venue?
Just speak to the Putt Club crew on arrival.
- Are any Putt Club venues cashless?
Yes all venues are now cashless.
- Can I pay a deposit?
We only take full payment when making bookings, to check availability for your group and get more details, please check the online booking system here.
- Can I get a refund if I can't play?
